Sylvia has been presenting and training since childhood when she was actively encouraged to speak at church from an early age. At the tender age of 13yrs she spoke regularly at a youth group for troubled young people.  Throughout her varied career from Theatre Sister in Open Heart Surgery, sales and team building in the Pharmaceutical, Finance, L&D industries and training/mentoring/coaching business leaders and teams, Sylvia’s mission has been to empower others to rediscover their true value and to live a life of purpose, fulfilment and impact. 

David is passionate about making work fun, adventurous and meaningful for everyone. He has held senior leadership roles within BAE SYSTEMS and in smaller manufacturers, where he was responsible for making everything from rocket motors to synthetic diamonds. ​David is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and works with leaders and entrepreneurs to bring out their full potential to create fulfilling and purposeful careers. David is an ambassador for the UK’s leading voice on employee engagement ‘Engage for Success’ and runs a network of cultural change practitioners within manufacturing.​ 

Keith is an Information Security and Data Protection consultant with over 20 years' experience helping businesses develop cyber resilience strategies. He has worked with a broad range of organisations, from global corporations to SMEs, advising on governance, risk management, supply chain assurance, and achieving certification to internationally recognised standards such as ISO.
His expertise encompasses implementing robust security frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Keith specialises in creating tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with business objectives and enhance overall organisational resilience.

Andrew, with over 25 years' experience, specialises in implementing technology and business change in large corporates and innovative ventures. He has led strategic innovation and corporate venturing initiatives for global companies across various sectors, including dot com, EV, new retail, circular economy, and AI for Business.  He authored "Purpose to Performance – Innovative New Value Chains", garnering praise from board members of leading global organisations. Andrew is an early-stage investor in tech start-ups and a founding member of Henley Business Angels.  Educated at St John's College, Cambridge (Economics), he is a chartered management accountant with an MBA from Henley Business School. Andrew is married with two daughters. 

Jasmine is the Sales & Marketing Executive at ELMER. As a junior team member in marketing, she is responsible for managing ELMER's social media accounts and creating content that appeals to young people like herself. Jasmine provides insights into what her generation likes and helps tailor ELMER's messaging to attract younger audiences.   She also assists with organising youth-focused events and gives feedback on how ELMER's programmes appeal to her peers. Through this role, Jasmine is gaining hands-on marketing experience while helping ELMER connect with future leaders. Her perspective as a young professional is invaluable in ensuring ELMER's communications resonate with emerging talent and business leaders.
