Built on three essential pillars — Leadership Vision, Human-Centred Transformation, and Technical Enablement — this programme will equip participants to champion AI with strategic clarity, guide teams through change with confidence, and identify AI tools that deliver real business value, supported by trusted Change Leadership thinking.

This Programme address the gap between ambition and AI Leadership in action.

Designed for senior professionals, the Leading Beyond Disruption Accelerator helps you assess where AI adds value, build board-ready business cases, and lead AI-driven change, without needing to be technical. You’ll work through real-world scenarios, apply proven tools and develop leadership assets you can use immediately in your role.

Alongside expert guidance and coaching, you'll grow your credibility as a leader who doesn't just talk about AI — you drive it.
